If it is sleep, one short click (less than 1 second) will turn the scanner on.

Button interactions

  • Single click changes the scanner between "STANDBY" and "SCANNING" states

  • Double click (two short clicks) puts the scanner in "CONNECTING" mode.

  • When a chip is scanned, the scanner changes its state to "FOUND ID". Press the button once to return to "STANDBY"

  • To manually exit "CONNECTING" mode, press the scanner's button twice (two short clicks).

The scanner automatically exits “CONNECTING” mode when it is successfully linked to your app, or when you abort the process.

To put the scanner into sleep mode, press and hold the button for more than 4 seconds but less than 7 seconds.

To wake it up, simply press the button once.

To view the scanner’s “Info” screen, press one regular click (between 1 and 4 seconds). The following information will be displayed:
  • Firmware (FW) version.
  • MOF.
  • Scanner Number.
