- Your use of and access to the Hoof Link app;

- Any claim that your use of the app caused damage to a third party.

The services and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, software, and technology used on Hoof Link, are owned by or licensed to Lip Chip LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. The material provided on Hoof Link is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial use without express written consent of Lip Chip LLC.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used and displayed on Hoof Link are registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks of Lip Chip LLC or its affiliates. Other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in Hoof Link are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners.
You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Hoof Link’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Lip Chip LLC. Additionally, the look and feel of Hoof Link, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, is the service mark, trademark, and/or trade dress of Lip Chip LLC and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without Lip Chip LLC’s prior written permission.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hoof Link regarding your use of the app and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Hoof Link.
Waiver:
The failure of Hoof Link to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any right or provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Hoof Link.
